ORDER PROCESSING 

Please allow 1 to 2 business days to process your order. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details within 1 to 3 business days.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer international shipping to the majority of countries outside of Australia. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

IMPORT CUSTOMS, TAXES, GST & DUTIES (Delivered Duty Unpaid - DDU)

All international orders shipped by Jibbon may be subject to import duties, customs taxes, and/or fees levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost collected at checkout. The recipient of an international shipment is the importer of record and is solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all laws and regulations of the destination country, as well as the payment of any applicable customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees.

Jibbon has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. If customs clearance procedures are required, it may cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. 

DAMAGES, LOST PACKAGES, AND FURTHER ENQUIRIES

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@jibbonkey.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

If your order tracking shows the package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier to open an investigation. We are not responsible for packages that are stolen after delivery confirmation.
